Chapter Highlights:

Awards and Induction ceremony was held on April 28, 2010. Certificates of merit were presented to 3 University of Maryland faculty members and 1 staff member. Dr. George R. Wiggans (USDA-ARS Beltsville) was bestowed the International Distinguished Service Award for his important contributions to the dairy industry. Two graduate and two undergraduate students received cash prizes in recognition of excellence. Six new members were inducted into the society.
